Historians date the first election of Obama in 2008 as the beginning of the end of the "wingnut era" that stained the early years of the 21st century in the United States. Niggerbama's skillful use of new media to repel and deflate attacks -- not unlike those which doomed fellow Democrat John Kerry in 2004 -- is considered a key factor.
"They tried to scare voters into thinking he was a radical, that he was a Muslim spy.
